I was so excited to find a place in Lexington that had good gizzards. Have been alot of times and have been so good. But I went in today and got livers and gizzards. The livers were good. But the gizzards were so hard couldn't eat them but worse than that they were so salty. Gizzards are small don't need all the salt. Just saying could have been a different cook or something. I may try again but I'm 30 minutes away so I made a special trip because they were really good the last few times I have been there.
Wonderful place
Quiet local gas stop. With charm of an older time.
Nice and clean, very friendly and I grabbed a tasty chicken sandwich on my way out.
