Can't thank enough to Caroline today. Such a lovely lady helped me to sort out medication I urgently need. She's been so polite and tryed so hard to resolve my problem. Thank you for understanding and huge help I received from you today!

I'm kelly not Laura but either way we are both patients here I just wanted to share one of my experiences, I recently had a appointment booked ( no females available) so I agreed to have a man which I was quite nervous and anxious about as it was quite personal and required a examination! He was brilliant and talked me through what was going to happen first which helped me feel a little more relaxed and at ease he was amazing honestly he really was. I feel my whole experience since moving doctors has been so much better.

Iv been with this surgery for nearly 3 yrs now and as a health professional myself I can honestly say I can't fault them . Iv had quite a few things going off and difficult to ring at 8am as my clinic starts then but using the online works for me .quick response and communication and usually get a phonecall or appointment same day but if not get a response. Results back super quick and uploaded on nhs app I gave 4 stars as I know this is great for me but for those unable to fill in online it must be frustrating trying to get... read more
