Absolutely the best. They installed and maintain our propane furnace, hot water heater, emergency generator, and stove. They show up when they say they will, and charge a fair price. It is a please doing business with them. I have found them to be most reputable and we plan to stay with them as long as we live in the area. Like I said, the BEST!
This local company could give valuable lessons in cutomer servive to the big companies. I switched from a big propane company a year ago and it was the best thing I ever did. Huckleberry's fuel delivery, furnace maintance service, and overall customer service is outstanding. You really feel the personal touch everytime you deal with them. They get the job done right. No one likes to take the time to sit down and write a review but after my most recent experience with Huckleberry, I owed them this review.
I switched to this company after recommendation from a friend. I had just bought a house, needed to relocate propane tanks and boiler service. Technician came out, fully explained what was wrong with boiler in laymans terms so I could actually understand. Very satisfied so far!
I cannot understand the negative reviews for this company. I moved to Boscawen 5 years ago and went with Huckleberry for my # 2 oil provider and propane supplier. Competitive pricing, friendly staff, accommodating, and Matt is a pleasure to deal with and will work with you to resolve any problems or issues. Jake is a an great service manager who also does an excellent job and prides himself on customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company.
The customer service at this company is absolutely DEPLORABLE. If I had a choice I would go ANYWHERE else! Unfortunately, this absolute joke of a company has a complete monopoly over the town I live in. Absolutely DESPICABLE!!!!
Business response:
I'm sure the several other oil companies in the area would not appreciate that fact that this customer feels we have a monopoly. All oil customers own their own tank and can call whatever company they wish. This customer requested an emergency service from us and we provided it. I am not sure how that counts for deplorable service. The only thing we failed to do is collect from the customer at the time of the service and now we get this bad review because we are trying to get paid.
