We had a great experience with Hucke who did our roof, after hail damage and an exhausting lawsuit when our home owners insurance denied coverage. Joe Price from Hucke was extremely patient with us, offering advice and guidance all the way through, even though we had signed an agreement with another contractor. Hucke Exteriors did a great job replacing, repairing and painting cedar shakes on the exterior of our home. They kept us up to date with the timeline of our project. They were very thorough in completing our job. We couldn’t be happier with how it looks. We highly recommend them!
I will not deal with this company again.
No communication between sales individual and crew. Had to remind crew and sales individual what was going to be completed. They used split and old wood that was supposed to be new for repair. When the gutters were put back on, they were missing screws for the supports or barely screwed in at all. Previous gutters were suppose to be sealed in the corners but just were slapped with a substance that prevented water from traveling the channel. I first contacted a few roofing companies for an inspection over a year before ultimately replacing the roof. Everyone went through their standard sales pitch on why my roof should be replaced immediately. Except Jim from Hucke. I felt like he was evaluating his own roof - and suggested we could get at least another year out of the existing roof.
