I will not deal with this company again.
No communication between sales individual and crew. Had to remind crew and sales individual what was going to be completed. They used split and old wood that was supposed to be new for repair. When the gutters were put back on, they were missing screws for the supports or barely screwed in at all. Previous gutters were suppose to be sealed in the corners but just were slapped with a substance that prevented water from traveling the channel. I first contacted a few roofing companies for an inspection over a year before ultimately replacing the roof. Everyone went through their standard sales pitch on why my roof should be replaced immediately. Except Jim from Hucke. I felt like he was evaluating his own roof - and suggested we could get at least another year out of the existing roof. Hucke came out and assessed my wind damaged roof and discussed how a insurance claim works with their company. The process was easy and convenient. The insurance only didn’t cover a little portion of our roof so we spent the extra money to get a whole new roof. The workers were impressive. They had a crew come over and rip off old shingles and put up new shingles the same day. My husband was home and I left for work and came back and the roof was complete. Terrance Thomas is awesome! He provides a high-level quality of customer service. I could always count on him to respond in a professional and timely manner and he always kept me up-to-date on how things were progressing with the ordering process, etc. to get my damage siding and roof repaired.
