They won’t BS you. I was faced with a nasty criminal charge with a mandatory minimum. He got me a conditional sentence. He won the charter challenge, then “won” sentencing for me. It’s not an easy law firm they are hands off and they will tell you pessimistic news before good news. TLDR; go with Huckabone he will create the best possible outcome. This law office is fraud and my life as a veteran (kicked out because of Mark) is absolutely worse then ever... I was told by the big lawyer my case was easy of course she made up lies..... Waited YEARS for him to do his job until I couldn't afford it anymore.... Told to plea guilty literally the same day ALL WHILE KNOWING 200% I WASN'T AND AM NOT... IT IS ALL FOR PROFIT NO EDUCATION
Only interested in profiting from people. Do not return calls, lead clients into harmful situations, and conspire with other local attorneys for their benefit, not the benefit of the clients. I would highly not recommend this firm.
