In January 2020 on their 5th year wedding anniversary, Michael and Andrea purchased their property on Smyrna Landing Road in Smyrna, DE. Over the past year and a half they have worked hard to add a large vegetable garden and various flower gardens, and various coops for their chicken, duck, and turkey friends. I enjoy visiting the farm. I love the farm-to-table concept, as everything Is always fresh. The owners are very nice. I highly recommend Huck and Buck Farm.
Nice short history...where and what time is your USDA event Feb 1st?
I stayed for the long term boon docking space near the bath house and I felt both safe and secure. The bath house was always stocked with supplies. The hosts were always very friendly and asking me if I needed more eggs. Andrea would always give me a heads up when big events would be coming up. Having a safe haven was important to me and I loved the fact that I could work all day and spend the evenings watching the lightning bugs after eating a steak dinner over a fire pit. I’ve been to Huck and Buck Farm a number of times for chicken, turkey, eggs, and veggies and have always been pleased with their products. Most recently I attended a class on hydroponics and it was very educational.
