I have been trying to update my address for two years. Nationwide seems incapable of this simple task. I have tried repeatedly to talk to someone at Nationwide without success.
Excellent.. been with agency quite few years.. over 15 years in fact.. (only agents ever had problems with.. no longer employed nor have their own agency anymore)
I was not very pleased with Nationwide or this broker in general. I could not understand why I was paying so much, I don't know a lot about insurance terminology and I rely on them to explain in language I can understand. It was only when I was canceling that they offered to shop around for a better quote. Shouldn't they have done this from the begining? They had me paying for my parent's vehicles that I no longer needed to have on my plan, they had all kinds of unnecessary coverage related to two vehicles that I do not own ... read more
