Great customer service. Unfortunately, you have to travel half an hour to go to the store. There are no direct phone lines and for that, I give corporate a big fat zero!
If rating the technicians, it would be a 5+ 🌟. However, the customer service leaves a bit to be desired. Kept getting conflicting information from different reps. Very frustrating trying to get accurate information. Glad we were able to find another provider
They took time to explain many features of the oxygen equipment that I was not aware of which I greatly appreciated!!!
