Very impressed by Hubs. From start to finish. Stopped in the show room, Becky was friendly and showed me my options and gave me a rough quote. Gary showed up right when he said he would, the actual quote was a 100 less! The installers were there exactly when they said they would be. They were very friendly did great work and you could tell they take real pride in what they do. No unwanted sales pitches. I won't go anywhere else for flooring. Becky and Gary donated and installed the carpeting and soundproofing in our new Confessional at St Mary Glenmore. Our church is so thankful. May your good works send you many rewards.
Although Becky and the owner were wonderful to work with, the installation work was subpar. The living room carpet has a seam in the middle of the floor, the staircase steps are bubbling with loose carpeting snd the vinyl in the kitchen has a bubble they couldn’t fix. Installation is huge when installing new flooring. The staff were friendly, be mindful of asking the policies around installation should it not go as planned.
I really can’t say enough about Hub’s quality and service. From the office staff to the installers, everyone was great to work with. They went out of their way to source a specific hardwood floor we wanted, and Patrick, their tile installer, is an artist! We have two types of tile, two carpets, and hardwood all through Hubs.
