The treatment from the Service Dept is horrible. I took my car in because it was leaking transmission fluid. When it was done I went to pick it up. I got in the car to drive off the lot and the engine light came on and many messages popped up on the screen. It was running rough and sounded funny. I turned around and went back to the service dept and told TJ what was going on. I then had to go to the waiting room and wait for 45 mins for them to fix it. Poor service , they didn't do the tire rotation and they wants charge for. The person who charged doesn't know about the service... I hope they really replaced the oil and oil filter in my car... I do not recomend.
I went in for an oil change and Nick was very helpful and advised me of a recall on my vehicle which luckily they had the parts for. Normally they have to order the parts. It was a very good experience. Thank you Nick!

Charge for repairs that aren’t completed. The first occurrence happened when I brought a company vehicle in to have the A/C repaired. After a week, the service shop told me it was fixed and my company paid for the service. Later that year as temperatures got hotter, I discovered the A/C was in fact still inoperable. The second occurred when I brought a personal vehicle in for the same issue, and once again, after paying over $1800, the A/C failed to function.
