Took my truck into Hubert Vester Chevy from a recommendation (by Hubert Vester) for belts and brake fluids, oil change ($800). When I received my truck back the engine light and parking brake lights flashing , running raggedy, and engine ticking. Returned the vehicle and they required me to pay diagnostic $200. While I have a pleasant experience with the rep Brittany,I am not happy with Hubert Vester Chevrolet mechanics right now. I have spent over $2000. The initial complaint was hearing squeels from my tires. I opted to have all my brakes and rotors changed not resurfaced. Yes it was very expensive but I decided to move forward. The appointment process is deceptive. While the schedule shows available appointments, the process merely serves as an entry point for check-in. I had the same priority as a walk-in customer, which is unacceptable. Why did I have to wait over 2.5 hours for a simple NC State Inspection? The poor scheduling is the reason. I would have been willing to return at a different time on a different day to complete the inspection. My time was not valued.
