Got my money months ago and I still dont have my camper. They offered to hold until spring, made appointment to pick up, now they cant retrieve my camper from wherever it is stored in a swamp somewhere. Been lied to and avoided by the manager when asked to speak directly to him. All I get is the we are doing you a favor attitude and the arrogance is sickening. RecommendedHad some repair work done. I dropped it kind of last minute with a request to get it back within two weeks for mothersday weekend. got a call four days lster that not only are my repairs done, but for a small amount extra Chris repaired two tears in the rubber roofing and reassembled our oven door.

RecommendedA big thank you to Wagner's Trailer Sales of Cleveland, Wi. for professional, employees, timely and quality service, and for the complete satisfaction I have received. My 2018 Jayco ht fifth wheel, purchased from an Appleton Jayco dealership, needed several warranty items addressed. The Appleton dealership lied to me repeatedly, refused to perform the requested warranty repair items. After speaking with Jayco and Wagner's my trailer was repaired fully and promptly. Thank you.
