Scott Hubert and his team, Heather & Kiera, have always kept me informed on any updates to coverage(s) and any changes that may affect my overall house and car insurance payments. I've had follow-up phone and email conversations with both, the most recent being with Kiera informing me on when State Farm is going to issue refund payment. I am always greeted with a welcoming attitude and usually do not have to wait too long to be seen by any one of the three in attendance.
Scott Hubert and his staff come highly recommended. I have been with State Farm now for 25 years and counting. Scott has been my agent since day one. I have many policies with, like renters and multiple auto policies. Anytime I have a question Scott and his team are quick to get those answered for me. I moved hours and hours away from the Auburn area and have stayed with Scott instead of changing agents do to his excellent customer service. Best agent ever!!!!
