All I have to say is that I am truly blessed that my gyno referred me to Dr. Fornalik. He takes his time with you to explain everything. He is an expert and he knows how to calm your anxious feelings. It only takes a quick google search of his name to realize he is known nation wide. We are so fornature to have him in Northern Indiana! I had a robotic hysterectomy on a Tuesday and was out shopping in the outlets on Thursday. Crazy!!!! ;)
I had just enough information about my issues by the time I saw him I was utterly terrified of what might be wrong. With the initial visit my concerns were significantly calmed. He takes the time to explain the direction he is going to take and answer any questions. While extremely competent and professional he is approachable and does not exude the arrogance you find with some surgeons. The office and staff were great and I feel he is an excellent doctor.
When I was first diagnosed with stage 3 cancer I felt helpless and hopeless. Because of Dr. Fornalik and all the other wonderful people at the Cancer Center in Goshen yesterday I was told I am cancer free! Dr. Fornalik always has time to answer your questions and is a very kind patient man.

My experience with Dr. Fornalik and his staff has been outstanding!! I value his knowledge and expertise regarding my situation. He and his staff were attentive and caring at a difficult time in my life. His skill as a surgeon was impeccable as well. Whenever I had an issue or a question, he and/or his staff were quick to resolve it. I would highly recommend Dr. Fornalik!!
How can I thank this wonderful dr. enough for giving me a 2nd opinion.That he decided to go back in for a peek when my 1st surgeon said NO that I was too risky and probably full of cancer too small to see on a scan.And after my chemo dr. said I was terminal and I could choose to stop chemo and die or do chemo until I die, nothing else they could do for me.Just so thankful that my family Dr. thought I should get a 2nd opinion. I am soooooooo happy I did!God bless all of you Dr.Fornalik,wife&staff
He was rather aloof. I didn't see him at all the day of my surgery, nor did he check in on me following surgery. Eighteen months following the surgery, I still have related health issues.
