Horrible, rude and very dismissive. Shame on the nurses and doctors at this clinic. I doubt my review will make a huge difference! But the very low rated 2 stars yall already have speek for themselves! Do better.. you're treating active duty service members like garbage.
Y’all need to get your act together. All I hear are bad things about base medical ops from these satellite clinics. You are caring for members of the military and they deserve more than what you’re giving them. Fix your phone system, Follow up with people, Generally just fix your communication practices and 95% of your complaints will go away.

In life, there are very few universal constants: the speed of light in a vacuum being 299,792,458 m/s, the certainty of alien life, as well as inevitability that Huber Clinic's mailbox will be full everytime you call. If you're able to get that far, that is. Sometimes the phone will literally just hang up after 2-3 rings. I'm fairly certain they've employed some guy on the other end whose entire job is to stop calls.
