Johnathan H. is a big time SLUMLORD, he will screw you over in a heartbeat even if you are a perfect tenant. He will not fix anything and if he does it is not in a timely manner, his properties are way overpriced and pieces of crap, if at all possible DO NOT EVER rent from Huber Rental

Alicia M. is upset because she did not receive a good referral to lease the next apartment she went into. She failed to provide 30 days notice as required in the lease, and her mother had to pay $250 in addition to her deposit for cleaning and damages left behind in the apartment. Do not rent from this company. The properties are inexpensive and you might be tempted by this, but the very moment you have a problem with the property he will evade all attempts at contacting him. He does not maintain his properties at all - expect a place that needs a lot of work. The secretary is rude and when you report problems she has you fill out the same form over and over again before anything ever gets fixed.
