We went to almost every house on their rental list and every single one of them had enormous amounts of mold, holes in the ceiling, bugs everywhere (roaches fell on my roommate), and were ridiculously dirty. Don’t waste your time. There are other realtors in the area that actually take care of the properties they rent out.
Do not rent from this company. The properties are inexpensive and you might be tempted by this, but the very moment you have a problem with the property he will evade all attempts at contacting him. He does not maintain his properties at all - expect a place that needs a lot of work. The secretary is rude and when you report problems she has you fill out the same form over and over again before anything ever gets fixed.
