Absolutely amazing customer service and clarity on our kitchen floor replacement.
Went to their showroom and selected a tile. When notified that the tile was in, I took time off from work and the worker had me help him move the furniture, it was the incorrect tile , and he stole my broom before leaving. The owner attempted to talk me into the incorrect tile and struggled to give me a few dollars off for wasting my vacation time. Eventually, he got the correct tile, came himself with a family member, so he wouldn’t have to pay someone else, and left without replacing the furniture and did not smooth out th... read more
