I purchased 3 new tires here, trusting the service and the warranty they offered (50,000 miles). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. They told me the tires would be properly set, but they were supposed to be at 35 PSI and I left the shop with them at 42.5 PSI. This was clearly a mistake and poor workmanship, which caused me issues shortly after leaving. Experiencia pésima. Compré 3 cubiertas “nuevas” que supuestamente eran de Vietnam y resultaron ser chinas. Después de manejar 20 millas, una rueda trasera se reventó sin estar pinchada previamente. Cuando fui a reclamar la “garantía”, me faltaron el respeto, me trataron de estúpido y no quisieron hacerse cargo, incluso negando datos básicos como el PSI del auto. Me hicieron desperdiciar un total de 450 dólares. Totalmente deshonestos y nada profesionales. No lo recomiendo.
They are a complete scam. They tell you the tires are from Vietnam when they’re actually Chinese. The “warranty” they claim (supposedly 50,000 miles) is not real. I bought supposedly new tires and had to return the very next day, expecting the warranty to cover the issue. Instead of helping, they treated me like I was stupid. They said the PSI was “the same,” even though the car door clearly states 35 and they inflated them to 42.5—completely excessive and what caused the tire to blow out.
