Tried them once, never again. I'm normally a monthly contact user, I'm also used to irritation in my eyes - but this? Incredibly uncomfortable. Scratched my eyes! They also SPAM you with emails with absolutely no way to unsubcribe them. They have no way of contacting them besides by phone despite stating you can chat with them. I had to DIG UP from other forums their contact email. Horrible business practices. You can never get a person on the phone that can actually help. Still waiting on a manager/supervisors call. Will never recommend and will actively try to stop others from dealing with this crap!!
Worst place to order contacts it’s better to pay a little more than waste your time and money with these clowns don’t know why they still in business
Do not order from this company!! I placed my order 2 times, the first time they rejected my rx and so I took their eye exam. Now they are rejecting their own!! My money is on hold at xmas time for no reason!! Never again
I’ve been wearing contacts since I was 8 years old and I’ve never worn less comfortable contacts in my whole life. Even putting in a brand new pair straight from the hubble package the contacts feel grimy and scratchy and blurry. I hate them.
