There are things that still haven’t gotten completed over a month after the final walkthrough.
Great buying experience from barely having walls up to living in our brand new home!!
Buying process was excellent Getting items fixed after purchase not so excellent. Cracked window frame with evidence of water damage. Took almost 1 year to replace. Many unanswered emails. I believe showing up in person at their office may have been the what finally got them to do something. I also ordered the window myself to get the process moving. Because the damaged window frame went from evidence of water leaking to active water leaking.
