Buying process was excellent Getting items fixed after purchase not so excellent. Cracked window frame with evidence of water damage. Took almost 1 year to replace. Many unanswered emails. I believe showing up in person at their office may have been the what finally got them to do something. I also ordered the window myself to get the process moving. Because the damaged window frame went from evidence of water leaking to active water leaking.
We had a very pleasant and pleasing experience in the purchase of our Home. The representatives are helpful, friendly and professional.
The building team took great care to ensure our punch-list items were addressed before we moved in. The quality of the materials and appliances is excellent, and we are so happy with the final result.
I am sure Hubble Homes sets the standard for others.
