I recently met with Kelsi and she showed me a few of their homes. The quality of service that was provided was unlike I have ever received before. So knowledgeable not only on the homes but on the market. I’m narrowing it down between here and possibly moving to England but if I do stay in the states, I’ll be buying a house from Kelsi. Liz was extremely knowledgeable about everything Hubbell. Everything we asked was answered quickly and professionally.
I purchased my new Hubbell Home about 5 weeks ago. Two weeks before the closing we did a walkthrough to identify needed repairs with a Hubbell representative. I was surprised at the number of issues we found and was told they would be corrected before closing. We did our final walkthrough 45 minutes before our closing appointment due to Hubbell inspector being an hour late and not prepared. Most of the issues had not been corrected. We went through the build process with Hubbell 3 yrs ago, we were the first house on our street. They made it sound like we were building in a great neighborhood with single family, owner occupied homes, and that they only chose people that were looking to own home and not just rent it out. That was bull shit. 3 years later there are 9 rentals on our street alone- 4 of them run by Hubbell’s rental company - and 4 more on another street in our neighborhood.
