I can’t seem to respond to the response, but would like to clarify a few things: The communication issue is serious and has not been addressed. I can’t believe months of my complaints filed through the system I was instructed to use just don’t exist and I am very upset to find that your company’s fraud filter removes tenant emails even when responding directly in a thread to an employee. Edit: months of no solution, moving out because they have yet to address any of the listed concerns including communication. No response to any public complaint or the BBB complaint filed. Please think about to rent in Easton village apartments in indianola IA / Indigo living properties Management don't have care about issues inside or outside the apartments. Looking for a home and recently toured with Meadowlark Place in Grimes. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Indigo teams!
When you are transferring a lease ask for copies of everything!!! They are irresponsible they don't know who their managers on site or otherwise are. I havent lived in a residence for over a year and they did not take me off the lease and refuse to do so because they no longer manage my property even though I signed every document necessary to be removed from the lease under their management. I would never go through indigo living as property management ever again. They are not reliable and they did not ever fix a mold issue... read more
