DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY APARTMENT MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY. I had made an appointment for an apartment tour for a 1 bed, 1 bath at Creekstone Falls, and when I arrived, it seemed like the staff had no idea I was scheduled and acted very frustrated. They then proceeded to ask me my move-in date. I have been at The Barclay for a year and a half. Since last summer I’ve had issues with water in my dryer. This year it’s really bad. Presently there is water coming from underneath the dryer with large clumps of black mold or slime. It’s not a priority though. Maybe they’ll get to
Lived here almost six years and had a great experience until recently. Lived here from June 2019 until Feb 28th, 2025. They mistakenly charged me for rent in MAY (you read that right, not for March or April, in MAY). They never notified me despite me calling and emailing about my deposit, instead they ignored me and sent me to collections for 1070.20 and I received a notice in the mail in late June.
