I purchased a $1,400 dual light sconce from Hubbardton Forge and had it installed by an electrician in April of 2025. It started having issues in September where one of the lights would delay going on. Our electrician said it was probably a short in the lamp. It was too late for the 90 day return with Ferguson Build so we reached out to Hubbardton Forge, first by leaving a phone message and then leaving a message on their website. We have been going back and forth with this entity since purchasing lighting that was not as discussed or advertised. I found them, I talked to them, I had to purchase through a dealer. They aren't fixing the issue with the dealer and they won't talk to me directly. Complete fail and highly disappointed with what was expected to be a major highlight in our most used space.

We outfitted the interior and exterior of our house in Oregon 10 years ago with Hubbardton fixtures. They work great and give the house distinction. Extremely happy with our decision.

We decorated our entire property w their lamp posts and house lights. Products are great and look great. Lamp covers got stained and started to look worn so we ordered all new shades. Lamp posts worked but they changed the design of the house lights. We figured out what the old sku number was and want to replace the ones we bought w the correct sku. Covers were very expensive but you get what you pay for. Issue is they (HF) want a 30% restocking fee even though we are buying the old sku in a greater quantity. I find this to ... read more
