We decorated our entire property w their lamp posts and house lights. Products are great and look great. Lamp covers got stained and started to look worn so we ordered all new shades. Lamp posts worked but they changed the design of the house lights. We figured out what the old sku number was and want to replace the ones we bought w the correct sku. Covers were very expensive but you get what you pay for. Issue is they (HF) want a 30% restocking fee even though we are buying the old sku in a greater quantity. I find this to ... read more
Just tried to call this place to get ahold of my daughter's father for an emergency and not a single person answered the phone. How can you make an order if the employees won't do their job and answer the phone?
Not only is Hubbardton Forge one of the better lighting companies here in the USA they also have amazing customer service. We are a distributor and one of our contractors needed proof of delivery for a fixture that was delivered over 6 months ago. It was incredibly hard to get any information from UPS, even through my own UPS rep. Karinda from Hubbardton was amazing at getting the right people involved and following up with me promptly with the proof of delivery that I needed to give to my contractor that desperately needed ... read more
Update - four out of five stars because it was difficult to get them to mail me a replacement part that was welded wrong. The lights are indeed beautiful.
