Bought a tub/surround here before. Nice young man at the time let me take a look at their showroom although cluttered with stored items. Loved the tub/surround and bought it. It was a good experience. Just tried to buy another tub/ surround from this place and a different guy said no showroom to see. Kind of doesn't make sense to me that anyone would buy a new tub/surround sight unseen. How is anyone to know what is even available? Hubbard just bought the Gastonia, NC store never thought i would see folks running a store who know absolutely nothing about plumbing, it really is terrible, all the previous guys are gone and i guess they brought there employees to run it, don't waste your time Go to Ferguson,
