Horrible experience… drove 5 hrs round trip to purchase a vehicle with a check in hand after Talking with a salesman a couple times and he knew we were on our way. We were told the vehicle would still be there after an hour into the drive and have the text to prove it… after arriving we were told someone came in and was purchasing it out from under us. Girls at the front counter seemed clueless and out of place in the service department, maybe they were just helping out. The lounge however more than makes up for the incompetence at the service desk. The lounge has a big screen tv, FREE popcorn and FREE soda fountain drinks. Chairs are very comfortable and lounge was very clean like new car clean!
Great service...love the popcorn, but bring back those complimentary donuts,like the old times.. Good service .
Every time we visit the service department they always are friendly and listen to your needs for a coming in. If you have an issue they take care of it very quickly. Thanks to the technician and the girls who take care of you when you arrive.
