Pablo Freyre was the first Service Manager at White Plains Buick to actually listen to what I have been experiencing and willing to go the extra mile and call GM and try to find an answer to the problem. I hope we have fixed the problem. I know Pablo will try his best if this doesn't solve the problem..
DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!! This is a horrible dealership. Nobody in the company is on the same page. My wife and I wanted to buy a new vehicle from this dealership. We spoke with a salesperson, who spoke with her manager, and told us they could do what we were asking for, with regard to discount programs. What an extremely pleasant and friendly bunch of people to work with. Dave Louie and Preston Worley were just as helpful and kind as before when I bought a new pickup. (2009) There was a reason I came back. My wife and I are just "run of the mill" people but they made us feel like we were very important to them. I know that I can stop back in at any time and they will answer all my questions and still take care of my needs.
