I am a long time tenant on the upper west side. Now any old building that one would live in, and this includes the most luxuriant pre-wars on Central Park West, will have maintenance issues. I have not had to make many maintenance requests, but whenever I do they are always handled promptly - and efficiently. I would say that a tenant would be lucky to have HUBB as their landlords.
Rent hikes, unresponsive property managers, constant maintenance and safety issues. Really disappointing.
They outsource their property management and maintenance requests to a call center offshore to save costs. There is absolutely no way to reach the onsite team, even the call center does not have a way to reach them. They shut off the water to 99 Suffolk due to a water pipe burst more than 12 hours ago and there is no update or any communications sent out by them other than to tell residents to sit tight and not message them further about the water leaking into residents' units. This should be illegal!
I’d like to sincerely endorse the Hubb team, specifically Monica and Acerni, for their outstanding work on my unit. They are consistently responsive, kind, and quick to help, making every interaction easy and pleasant. Their professionalism and care truly make a difference, and I’m grateful to have them.
Hubb, especially Ylber our Superintendent, had been great to work with. Ylber is always responsive and eager to help.
