Easily the worst property management company I've dealt with. I lost a key 4 days ago and have called and requested a new one four times with no callback. Their customer service is outsourced so they have to send requests to the main office. Their fobs are also uncopy-able and my door only auto-locks. If I have to wait a week to get a new key at least let me copy the one I have left.
FRANKIE DESERVES THE WORLD!!! please give this man a raise! He is the best and we really appreciate all he does for us at the apartment:)
