Second to the no AC comment. This quality is just not it
I live here and the place is not kept up as it should be. I would recommend looking elsewhere to live.
The building has a good location and decent facilities, but a very serious issue is the noise from neighbors. They place their speakers directly against the wall separating the apartments and play music with extremely loud bass
