Move in/out process went very smooth
Place was awesome! Staff was always easy to work with!
My daughter had to move in 5 days early due to sorority commitments the week before school and Josh was very understanding and helpful to resolve the situation. He immediately put the wheels in motion to accommodate me and I had an amended contract authorizing an early move-in date at no charge within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and a smart decision to do the right thing and have a happy customer
Our daughter signed a lease with the Hub First, starting this coming Fall. She had to switch up roommates and decided to switch to a different floorplan. Josh from the Hub was incredibly helpful and responsive. He timely provided us all the information we needed to make a decision and was very supportive. I don't normally write reviews for standard good service, but Josh's service and responsiveness were above-and-beyond and truly excellent and helpful.
