Josh helped me with my door after I locked myself out. He was very polite and very patient with me. Jacob also helped me and my parents at the front desk with all of the questions we had and he was extremely helpful and nice!
Our daughter moved in Fall 2026. She had some issues with the apartment and needed to move. Not only did the staff provide her with an excellent apartment, but they also waived the transfer and cleaning fees. The staff communicates excellently; they are professional and willing to make it right. I highly recommend this property. It is worth every penny.
I’ve had a great experience with the management team, especially josh! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure me and my roomates felt comfortable and supported. He was always willing to listen and worked quickly to help resolve my concerns. I really appreciate how much he cared about making my experience here during college a positive one!!
Josh from the Hub was incredibly helpful and responsive. He timely provided us all the information we needed to make a decision and was very supportive. I don't normally write reviews for standard good service, but Josh's service and responsiveness were above-and-beyond and truly excellent and helpful. If you join the Hub First, however, beware of their upper-level management and policies. They are inflexible and do not admit mistakes when they make them.
