The apartment was delivered in a completely unacceptable condition. It was not properly cleaned or prepared before move-in, and we had to deal with several issues from the moment we arrived. My apartment has been absolutely filled with hundreds of cockroaches since moving in and I haven't been able to live there yet. They have tried to mitigate the issue, but none of the treatments so far have been effective and I always have to wait a very long time for them to be completed. Management refuses to speak to me and will only speak through the kids working at the desk, who have no authority. Luis was the best! He helped make moving in easy!
Roaches, silverfish, trash isn’t consistently picked up, pay for parking in garage and find none, hallways smell, staff is 50/50 on whether they care, and mystery charges on move out bill with no explanation cause everything “must be done in writing”. No final invoice sent or anything. The pros? Maintenance was good usually and the apartments are in a good area to shop and eat.
