just moved in my niece and it’s terrible. keys aren’t made, apartment was trashed and dirty. they don’t have a solution and didn’t have anything ready. absolutely ridiculous. how do they not give her a key and expect her to be there all day and they aren’t even ready for move in. terrible. terrible. terrible. the rude people in the office were confused on what to do and have any customer service. they also told us that we would have movers to help but they barley did anything. stay far away from here. please i beg you

I would avoid living here at all costs. I lived at Hub Speedway from August 2024 through July 2026, and while management and corporate will eventually respond to your concerns, don't expect timely communication—or meaningful action. In my experience, they are much better at acknowledging problems than actually fixing them. The biggest issue was the elevator. This easily the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone to have to live through the stuff the residents were put through this year. To the elevator being down for MONTHS without any repairs and no type of compensation for the residents. To the poor management being absolutely abysmal about resolving any type of issues, like when we wanted to appeal the constant noise complaints we were receiving when no one is even home on the weekends.
