UPDATE 5/6/26: My apartment has a near constant sewer gas smell. Maintenance has done nothing. Today they walked in, looked around, did nothing and the smell is strong as ever. The security is clueless and one member of their team is incredibly rude. There is a homeless person who has been living under the stairs (which security has done nothing about). I would not advise someone to live here under any circumstances. Brutally overpriced; a bunch of added fees, and very little effort into you by the staff after you’ve signed your lease. Elevator is broken more often then it’s working, likely will be broken around move out and move in. This makes the moving process incredibly obnoxious with the cramped & dirty stairs. Common areas (pool, stairs, floors) are very filthy, except for the reception. Fairly clear that they only worry about new clients because no one actually wants... read more
