This place is absolutely horrible!! The building itself is nasty, the hallways are extremely dirty and have a terrible smell. The apartment I lived in was dirty the day I moved in. My apartment stayed extremely dusty!!! I had to put in a maintenance request 3 times to have the air conditioner filter replaced. The filter looked like it had not been changed in years. Horrid filthy place, nearly everything falling apart, appliances will barely work, staff wont help you unless you harass them with min 10 complaints/calls i BARELY got my issues resolved this past year and that was when i nearly took legal actions for harsh living conditions.... They do not care for tenants or keeping apartments clean they only want your money. have fun paying min 1K for living here! oh and you cant relet without 500$ first love draining tenants for everything they got!
Maintenance is always coming on unannounced That is not safe with young women in apartment They should be told when they are coming and not just show up unannounced
