I would not recommend living here. The rent is expensive for what they claim is a luxury apartment. There is nothing luxury about it. The complex itself was constantly dirty. It would be days to weeks before a mess was cleaned up in the hallways or elevators. The elevators broke constantly and would take weeks to fix. The pool is closed most of the year and most of the time at least one workout equipment item was broken. There is ZERO guest parking unless you want to park on the street and pay (which is a max of two hours). ... read more

bad, elevators constantly don’t work and don’t get fixed. The pool is nice but it’s barely open and in the spring doesn’t open until school ends so most people can’t use it or even go on the roof. The outside of the building smells of sewage and the fridges don’t make really any ice at all unless you ask and pay for ice. Also our fridge has leaked all year and every time they come they just say it’s ice and it never fixes.

You all really might want to keep a better eye on your sidewalk near campus target. I fell a few minutes ago on a patch of really slick ice. Luckily I didn't break anything but just a heads-up for others who are walking near your building . I don't want anyone else to slip and fall like I did. Thanks!
