Was highly disappointed, about the relet process because sublease did not exist had to leave Blacksburg because of some unavoidable situation with 4 months on my lease spare and did not allow to cancel lease or approve the person I got for relet because of credit score of guarantor eventhough i explained many times to the manager it was an uncontrollable situation for me and have to leave Blacksburg and not even a single dollar of help was recieved.Had to pay close to $5000 without even living over there for 4 months.I regre... read more
Loved seeing my grandson's stomping ground.
The amenities are really nice and luxurious, especially the study rooms. The pool area is more of a lounge pool, less of a pool you can actually practice/exercise in. The gym is pretty standard but looks really nice. The maintenance workers are really great people, but I definitely had issues with getting my window fixed, I.e., the hub said they called a guy and it took maybe 5 ish months for them to actually pull through and by that time I was already almost ready to move out.
