I would give zero stars if I could. Place is a dump. Carpets are stained in hallways and apartment was dirty when my daughter moved in. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, walls were scuffed and basebaords were coated with dust. After moving out we we hit with additional charges with no explanation. Two wooded hooks, which were held on by doublesided tape were left by mistake. They charged each tenant $40 ($160 total) for leaving them. Are you kidding me. Stay clear place should be hit for fraud and health citations.
This is our 3rd year at The Hub Blacksburg, and I’d especially like to give a shout-out to the Maintenance Supervisor, Mikey Epling. He has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s a small repair or something that needs more attention, Mikey is always responsive, friendly, and willing to help.
