I’ve had such a great experience at The Hub, and a huge reason why is the incredible staff. Riley, Savvy, Leah, and Analese truly go above and beyond every day. You can tell how hard they work, they’re always welcoming, responsive, and ready to help me with anything. There are so many great amenities! The building is always well-maintained, and the team makes residents feel genuinely at home.

Update: I was able to sue the HUB in Montgomery County small claims court and received the refunds they owed me. Beware, this apartment complex is unethical! I rented an apartment for my daughter, and although she moved out in May, I paid the lease in full for 13 months through the end of July 2025. I signed a sublet agreement and The HUB Blacksburg, sublet my daughter’s apartment for the month of July 2025. Everything breaks
Horrible experience. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. One time these maintenance people unlocked my door while I was asleep! Also random annoying fire alarms will go off for hours that will make you go insane. Overall 2/5 stars.
