Beware of their move out scam, where they will fabricate charges against your student after they have the keys back. There is no human supervisor that you can have a conversation with to dispute and then they will send your student immediately to collections. They hide behind a corporate email and this is clearly a money grab that they execute each summer. It's a pretty sad way to run a business for students.
