Good place that rips off parents and students. It is a very nice place. But they and all other campus apartment companies deserve ONE STAR because they all are MONEY FIRST and CUSTOMER LAST. If you charge a $3.99 convenience fee for ACH payments on top of an already expensive rent, then you deserve 1 STAR. If you charge complete rent for the month of August but students aren't allowed to move in till the 18th or 20th, you deserve ONE STAR. I should have never moved here. TERRIBLE management.
Fantastic place & very neatly maintained. Great place for students. Sub-lease is really expensive though. 500$ and $200 ( application fee).
I lost an important ring and thought I threw it away down the trash chute, so was scrambling to see if there was any way to get it back. The leasing office put me in touch with someone in maintenance, Mikey, who no questions asked, was more than willing to help sift through bags and bags of trash to help me find my ring. Luckily, it was in a trash bag in my apartment that I had yet to throw away, but they were still so willing to assist me, and even telling me they're more than happy to assist in the future. DO NOT rent with them. Any opportunity this complex has to charge you, they’ll take it. I spent 4 years renting with them and the gym and sauna I was paying extra for were closed half the time due to perpetual repairs. Additionally the pool is only open the months everyone has moved out so it’s another pointless amenity you pay extra for. They’ve also just recently changed the postal system so that you have to pay an ADDITIONAL fee just to get the packages you’ve already paid for.
