I had a washer and dryer hauled away with new ones to replace the old ones. I bought the new ones from Home Depot and the delivery drivers they hired stole my Dewalt drill/battery and my wife’s meta glasses case. Horrible service, they never take the calls.
My Husband has done business with Hub for over 25 years and has never had a claim. My Husband retired in February of this year and canceled his Business policy. My husband pays his policy yearly so he is due a refund which amounts in the thousands. Hub acknowledges his refund amount but has yet to refund it. Hub gives the excuse that Great west hasn't release it, Great West says they refunded Hub months ago. Every time I call we get a different story.
