My Husband has done business with Hub for over 25 years and has never had a claim. My Husband retired in February of this year and canceled his Business policy. My husband pays his policy yearly so he is due a refund which amounts in the thousands. Hub acknowledges his refund amount but has yet to refund it. Hub gives the excuse that Great west hasn't release it, Great West says they refunded Hub months ago. Every time I call we get a different story. We were in an accident with a tow truck carrying this insurance. It's been two weeks since the accident, and the insurance adjuster still has not been to see the car. We are still paying out of pocket for a rental. On top of that, the payment is due, and we still don't know if it's going to be totaled. It's hard not to think that they're purposely drawing it out as long as possible. This accident was not my fault, so it's going to cost them money.
