Horrible customer service! Called in for an insurance quote. Talked to an agent. She got all my info and said she would call back. Nearly a week passed and no call so I called but she was on another call. Finally after a few more emails got to talk to them and she said that the underwriter is reviewing the policy and I have to wait. Another WEEK passed and a few more emails unanswered! i’ve been doing business with this insurance company and specifically Matt Disparte since 2014 with multiple businesses.
