I will call back and ask to speak with a manager to let them know that they should re-train employees to be more professional and do a better job in customer service. I would have rated you guys ‘0’. I bought bought flood insurance policy last year that was not required by my mortgage company. This year I received news that my insurance was going up and after further review found out I was not in the flood area and decided to cancel it. Upon canceling this company refused to give me a refund on the rest my policy for the remainder of the year. They said I just had to wait for it to run out could not get a refund.
