Horrible! I have been trying for three weeks to get a hold of someone here as they have defaulted and no one calls back or answers the phone. They are negligent and terrible.

What a disappointing first experience purchasing condo homeowners insurance. The broker, Grace, while very pleasant was slow to respond, slow to provide a quote, and lacked thorough communication, and completely disappeared on me. On Monday morning, I left a message in the company's voicemail box. I did not get a response. So on Tuesday end of day, I called again and was connected to Grace who said she "meant to call me".
