they made a mistake on my insurance when i first got it. Now ICBC has flagged my insurance and i have to get doc that are goin to cost me money. That was not my mistake. Not happy. Update : I had to go back here so they could fix there mistake and pay for the weigh ticket but i still had to do some unnecessary work to get truck ready to weigh. Mistake rectify but not forgotten.

I recently renewed a depreciation policy and received excellent assistance from their representative, Madisson Ordough. She was very patient, courteous and highly efficient. My policy was not one of the usual products and a bit specialized but Madisson went the extra mile to obtain the correct information for my renewal and completed the transaction. I promptly received my copy of the policy and would highly recommend Madisson Ordough to anyone looking for knowledgeable, courteous and expediant service.
Maddie's customer service is exceptional she goes above and beyond the Call of Duty that's the kind of skills you cannot teach for that I'm grateful
