I have had the privilege to work with HUB International (specifically Pati) for several unexpected insurance needs over the past 2 years. She has been responsive, helpful and efficient EVERY time. I sometimes feel like I'm being a "bother" with my constant calls and emails, but she never acts like that and is always helpful, pleasant and makes the time to ensure my needs are met.
