I have been trying to get a payment transferred to american modern insurance from specialty group LLC for two months now. This would keep a homeowner policy from canceling. There is no luck getting this done. All talk with no positive results.
The absolute worst. These morons have left me high and dry without car insurance after using them for several years. Failing to follow up with me after I did everything they asked. Not answering emails or phones calls. When I finally did talk to someone, it ended with them saying "Oh sorry, I'm not sure what's going on" and giving me phone numbers for other insurance companies the day before my policy expired. Never use this company, they will drop the ball.

This is the best agency that I’ve been through. Brittany B. Is extremely helpful and provided me with all the details that I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. She helped me get an affordable monthly payment. Very responsive and quick to get you started. Highly recommend this agency.
