Cathy Stasio was so very helpful in finding us great rates for home and auto insurance. She is so easy to work with and so personable with a great personality. Highly recommend working with Cathy at HUB International on Shaker Rd in East Longmeadow. Great big thanks to Cathy.
The people that work in East Longmeadow are great, but it drives me absolutely crazy when you call and they transfer you off to whoever the insurer is. It's not like having your own agent that just handles things for you anymore. I call, have to push buttons, get transferred, put on hold, have to call back and tell them, don't transfer me to the insurer, let me speak to an agent. It is an incredibly tedious and time consuming process every time I call. However once I do talk to a Hub agent, they are always excellent.
I have been trying to get a payment transferred to american modern insurance from specialty group LLC for two months now. This would keep a homeowner policy from canceling. There is no luck getting this done. All talk with no positive results.
The absolute worst. These morons have left me high and dry without car insurance after using them for several years. Failing to follow up with me after I did everything they asked. Not answering emails or phones calls. When I finally did talk to someone, it ended with them saying "Oh sorry, I'm not sure what's going on" and giving me phone numbers for other insurance companies the day before my policy expired. Never use this company, they will drop the ball.
