This was a responsive and helpful office until a change of agent 3-4 years ago. With a near total non-responsiveness from the agent who inherited the contract, I had to cancel the policies I held. The total lack of service has been one of the worst experiences and cost me many hours to clean up! Buyer beware, stay away from this office of HUB International until an agent change.
HUB International used to be a great insurance company. Now, the manager and insurance brokers do not return calls. Incompetence is the best way to describe the Las Cruces office. The Albuquerque office is not any better.
