This company is extremely hard to get ahold of. I have been trying to schedule a pickup order/return from Home Depot for 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. If you have a choice, do not work with them!

Never receive my order, tracking indicated my order is in Morristown Tn; Hub Group has had the shipment from Home Depot as of January 30, 2025. Hub Group never gave a delivery date. Called customer service and spoke with Barbara, she said she would not help me get my delivery. Yes, she really said that. Called Home Depot, they called Hub Group while I was on hold and still could not get a delivery date. Well, so far I'm giving this trucking company a 1 star. They have zero customer support. You cannot talk to anyone, only use their automated system that only recognizes my tracking number; NO order number. We MUST schedule an appoint. We do not live here!

I've been working with Hub for 6,yrs now and it's a wonderful place for me...The money is good if you run.. Managers are a joy to work for but just like all businesses they have their ups and downs...
