I returned a shower door from Home Depot and they set up Hub Group to come and pick the door up.I returned it on July 19th I have been going back and fourth with this company they scheduled a pick up, they didn't show and they scheduled another pick up and I waited all day then I call and they said the delivery truck broke down so they rescheduled again now they said that the driver stated he wasn't going to be able to pick it up again so they rescheduled for tomorrow ( 8-8-25). I had a great experience with the reps who called/text and the delivery crew. The customer service Reps were friendly, accommodating to my availability. This is my second time receiving items from Hub Group and I have been satisfied. Harry did a great job setting up my sectional today. Thanks Hub Group keep up the great service.

As a former employee I WISH I could leave this company 0 stars. The most unprofessional company I've ever worked for. They put people in manager positions who have absolutely zero experience with any form of leadership. I worked there for 2 months and was NEVER paid. After reaching out MULTIPLE times to both my “supervisor” as well as the corporate office, I was never given a solution nor was I paid for the multiple cleans I did over a 2 month span.
