Tried for almost 2 months to have a door picked up that we returned from Home Depot. One excuse after another, truck broke down, truck is full, no one was there to sign even though we let them know it was a new construction and after we signed a release for them to pick up. Now, after they picked it up a month ago, I am getting texts and emails they are coming to pick up the door. No one will answer or return my call.

If I could give a 0, I would. Ordered a king size bed frame from Ashley Furniture online through their White Glove Delivery. White glove this was not. Ordered 8/4. Charged 8/9. Told 6-11 days from order. If you do not click in the tracking number, you will never be able to schedule the order but no email nor text message instructing you to do that. Picked 8/25.
