Quite possible one of the most incompetent delivery companies we have ever dealt with. They have been unable to locate a bathtub for over a week and further are unable to provide any timeline for a resolution. When we speak with the “manager/extra miles team rep” Stacy Harrold, we’re just repeatedly told they’re reaching out to the terminal and have no idea when they’ll get an answer. I fully believe they keep our order showing as delivered in the system to look good as a vendor with Home Depot but I will no longer use Home ... read more
It's absolutely awful, over a month since our furniture should be here, and it's not. No one can reach anyone at their facility. Avoid at all cost!!
