While the ammenities and proximity to campus were a major plus, the community at the hub is terrible. Very disrespectful and unfriendly residents.
My review of the 4x2 lite. Living here was super underwhelming. I originally toured the old leasing office by roll and grill to sign my lease for the apartment, it was made to be a glorious apartment with so much to offer but i was very disappointed. To begin with, never not once was I ever mentioned that the room would not come with a ceiling. There is a huge gap in the walls and a sliding door that leads to little to no privacy. The maintenance team was truly stellar. Specific shoutout to Josh and Louis. These guys went out of they’re way to lend a helping hand and the were amazing people. Shout out these guys!
Maintenance team was wonderful, always willing to lend a helping hand. Always had the solution to my problems. Windows were not closing and opening correctly. More specifically Josh and Louis on the maintenance team.
