The Hub just opened in August, and even though the whole building is brand new, the experience has been extremely disappointing so far. There were no reviews when I moved in, so I had no way of knowing what to expect, but the issues started right away. The biggest problem is the lack of support from the leasing/office staff. They're not helpful at all, and every time I reach out, it feels like I'm being dismissed instead of actually helped. For example, our oven wasn't working from the very first month we moved in. Josh was amazing! He was very professional, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything we needed was fixed the same day. His timing was great, and he was very efficient throughout the entire process. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was. Overall, we had a great experience with Josh and would definitely recommend him!
