My experience at Hub Fullerton was honestly one of the most frustrating housing experiences I’ve had. First, the noise issue was terrible. The unit below me hosted frat-style parties constantly throughout the entire year, often late into the night (~2am). I made multiple complaints, and nothing was ever meaningfully done.
