Terrible service. Extremely slow claim processing, messy communication, and constant back-and-forth. Even when you contact them, they cannot give a clear or approximate timeframe for claim settlement. Staff are unhelpful and come across as arrogant, making customers feel bad instead of supported. Issues only get resolved after escalating to top management, which shows how poorly the company is run. This is the worst group insurance company I have encountered in my entire career.
Can anyone help me understand what to do here? I filed a benefits/insurance claim 10 days ago and it still shows “in process.” The online system is now showing a strange $4 payment, but nothing has been deposited, and that amount doesn’t match what I filed, $281.
