Alex and Antonio are great! Alex is always super quick and helpful with maintenance :)
absolutely horrible. Not worth the price at all. Rooms were so different from sample room. The lights are so different in each room. my room had really dim yellow lights while my roommate had bright white lights. The ceiling is literal concrete, not even painted. The kitchen fridge beeps 25/7, absolutely horrible. My key wasn’t working one day and I asked the staff to open my apartment and that key did not work either and had to be locked out for 45 minutes til the maintenance got there. After living here for a year I can say that the Hub is not worth the price. It would in fact be cheaper to live in DC which is shocking as a college student. There is no front desk (so if you have a package or are locked out etc. they cannot help). I recently had surgery and needed packages to help my recovery and they lost all packages including packages with sensitive information. Sometimes I would get a notification of a package and called to ask if the front desk could kindly log my package -- over the phone they said "g... read more
