Closed on two rental properties with Hub city Title (Lubbock). The first one went OK. The second one we closed on a Friday midday and we’re told the funds would be wired by end of day. I texted the title company and called them to no avail. They finally responded at 4:05 PM and said sorry you missed the fed window to wire funds. I guess I didn’t realize that. Was my job to make the fed window when we closed on the loan well before the Fed window. I was then told we would be wired the money first thing on Monday morning. We w... read more
Omg such a Wow experience. Tavia went above and beyond for us. She helped us with contracts and we closed pretty quick. If your in need of a title company this is your place. Don't go anywhere else!!!!
