I have called left voice mails and emails to no avail. They installed my automatic cover around 11//2 years ago and it needs adjusting but they will not return my call. Went to address listed could not find the business. Found another company to look at cover, it was installed wrong and now costing me around $3000 to fix their install. Would not recommend Hub City to anyone.

I called Hub City Pools to get my pool cover replaced. I called & called and no one ever answered. I left messages. He finally called and said he'd have to come measure my pool. I told him I had the measurements and would email them to him. He said that would work. He never responded to my email and I called over and over for 3 weeks and left messages.
